Jasmine & Pink Refund Policy

We truely hope you will be happy with your purchase but should you have any problems with your item, our return policy is highlighted below. We take customer satisfaction very seriously, so please do get in touch if you need to.

RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

HOW TO SEND RETURNS
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send this to our email address jasmineandpink@gmail.com We will then send you the address of where you need to send your return.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Please, therefore, use adequate packaging to protect your package during transit. Once we have received the return we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
